A spectacular 8,333 square ft villa perched on a 40 ft cliff with 360-degree ocean and mountain views, and a 140 ft wrap-around infinity pool surrounded by sugar-white beaches and the best diving in the Caribbean.

The luxury home is built on Cliff Villa Peninsula overlooking a magnificent diving reef. Set in the island's national park, watch whales and dolphins meters out into the bay.

Cliff Villa has four large luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as a guest bathroom. The home is designed to comfortably host four couples. It is safely located inside a gated 5-star community located in an untouched conservation area.

A snow-white beach, fresh fish from the local fishing boats and restaurants are all five mins away. Willemstad is only a short ride away and is a UNESCO-protected city with colourful colonial houses and the oldest synagogue in the western hemisphere.

The villa has automatically retractable walls which creates an enormous indoor-outdoor common area. It has a chef’s table and a professional kitchen. The villa is a Smart Home and has a new smart 85" Flat Screen TV. All mattresses are new high-end Ghostbeds that are designed for luxury cooling, set in a walnut-framed bed.

The entire villa is tiled with pink Italian marble. It has two underwater windows into the swimming pool designed by the Curacao Aquarium. All rooms have air conditioning. There is a professional kitchen with two bosch fridges and a dishwasher. Downstairs is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. The villa has a large marble parking garage and security.

The villa is a zero-footprint project: all water is distilled via reverse osmosis and all energy comes from the wind and solar. There is also the grid as backup.
