With 11,000 square feet of space, this stunning rental offers nine generously sized suites spread across three levels. Furthermore, it includes expansive common areas, such as the elegantly designed living room and fully equipped kitchen, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and entertainment.

The Asian House offers a serene island escape with a private gym, sauna, steam room, massage room, and a cozy home theater for entertainment. It also includes a separate two-bedroom apartment for added privacy. Outside, guests can enjoy a heated pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor Tiki hut kitchen. The property opens onto a semi-private pink-sand beach, complete with a shaded cabana and a variety of water sports equipment for relaxing or exploring the turquoise waters.

On the ground floor, you will find a 300 sq. ft. gym, sauna, steam room, massage room, and a large shower, all designed to provide ultimate relaxation. For entertainment, we include a 400 sq. ft. movie theatre equipped with reclining sofas for a luxurious viewing experience.

This level also features four beautifully designed suites. In the southeast corner, Suite 6 offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Next to the gym at the front of the house, Suite 7 provides a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and sliding doors that open to a cozy patio.

At the north end of the property, you’ll discover a spacious apartment complete with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and Suites 8 and 9. Both of these bedroom suites feature queen beds. These thoughtful inclusions highlight why this property stands out among Harbour Island house rentals, offering unparalleled comfort and convenience for every guest.

When you step into the house, you will see a spacious, open living area with a wooden cathedral ceiling and picture windows that offer magnificent views over the lush pool area and the Atlantic Ocean. This open gathering area combines several living spaces into one central area.

To the right of the room is the modern kitchen and a second suite that overlooks the ocean. To the left are three more suites : the third suite which also overlooks the ocean and at the front of the house are suites four and five which have private balconies.

The top floor is accessible from the main floor by way of a magnificently designed floating staircase. On this floor, you will find a home office and a primary suite, the house’s largest bedroom. This spacious suite faces east and has a private balcony with sweeping ocean views. The oversized, freestanding bathtub and separate shower located in the ensuite bathroom also have direct ocean views. The office is located next to the primary suite.

Asian House offers exceptional amenities rarely found with any other Harbour Island house rentals. This includes direct beach access from the garden. Guests can step down a few stairs to and find themselves on a semi-private beach with palapa umbrellas and lounge chairs for ultimate relaxation.

The home is also equipped with advanced home automation, standard WiFi, and Starlink satellite internet. Each bedroom suite and common area has tablets and speakers, allowing you to enjoy your favourite music or stream Netflix shows with ease.
