OVERVIEW

Black Garden Villa distinguishes itself with its eye-catching architectural style, characterized by its sloped and angular roofing. Derived from the Urdu term for ark or canoe, the villa merges modern design with an Asian influence, providing a peaceful and private retreat along a dramatic volcanic coastline. Its outdoor areas and large windows offer sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Guests can enjoy a large infinity pool, a grotto-style hot tub, and an oceanfront bar. The outdoor living and dining areas are ideal for savoring the gentle trade winds and endless views of the crystal-clear Atlantic waters.

The spacious living room, with its two-story ceilings, is adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows that open completely to the exterior terrace. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas can accommodate twelve people. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island and overlooks the dining area. An office and a gym/recreation room open onto a private terrace.

The four suites are designed to ensure privacy, each with access to a private terrace with views of the Atlantic. Each suite is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, king-sized bed, sitting area, and en-suite bathroom. An additional room with two single beds is available upon request, allowing Black Garden Villa to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

The island is also famous for its fishing, with seven marine parks and wrecks available for both novice and experienced divers.
