Completed in December 2014, this four-bedroom home has gorgeous views of St. Maarten and is just a two-minute drive to Sandy Hill Bay beach or a five-minute walk. You know you have reached somewhere special as you drive up the house and park.

The entrance is flanked by twin fountains and as you enter you see the beautiful spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms. On the main floor is a large kitchen and dining area, living room, guest bedroom with en suite and powder room. Sliding glass doors lead to a very large pool deck with shaded and open areas for relaxing or dining. A games room with a pool table will be a hit with everyone.
