When combined, you get two villas— that means two pools, two kitchens, two terraces, and double the space to relax in paradise with the people you love. These exceptional villas are also within easy walking distance of many of the West End’s gourmet restaurants, five-star hotels, and spas. The villas are situated in a large, walled garden where clever landscaping and walkways separate and provide privacy for the two properties. Take a leisurely two-minute walk to Meads Bay Beach, where lounge chairs and umbrellas are set up for the exclusive use of our guests.

Mead’s Bay is also the home of many of Anguilla’s most popular restaurants – including Blanchard’s Beach Shack, Jacala and Straw Hat, Ocean Echo, and the five-star Malliouhana Hotel. There is also a large supermarket three minutes' drive away.

These charming contemporary Caribbean villas offer guests exceptional privacy and space, situated in half an acre of tropical gardens and boasts a pretty, private pool and luxurious sunbathing terrace. The architect-designed property is luxuriously furnished and benefits from partial sea views, vaulted ceilings, comfortable contemporary furniture, and great natural light. Complimentary beach chairs/umbrellas and tennis! Twin Palms guests benefit from dedicated sun loungers and umbrellas reserved exclusively for them on a prime spot on Mead’s Bay beach. Villa guests are also able to enjoy complimentary use of the Tennis Courts at nearby Carimar Beach Club.

Each villa features its own saltwater swimming pool, cathedral ceilings in the living and dining areas, granite countertop kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flat-screen cable TVs in the living room, outdoor showers, wireless internet, housekeeping 6 days per week, access to laundry. Both have partial views of the ocean from the pool deck and Coconut Palm’s rooftop terrace. Sun beds and umbrellas are on Meads Bay, as well as tennis courts.
