Coconut Palm Villa is a luxurious three bedroom oasis literally steps away from one of the world’s best beaches – Meads Bay. This exceptional villa is within easy walking distance of many of the West End’s gourmet restaurants, five-star hotels and spas.

Coconut Palm Villa is undoubtedly one of Anguilla’s most conveniently situated vacation homes. Its exceptional location is just steps away from stunning Mead’s Bay Beach – two miles of glorious powder white sand – where lounge chairs and umbrellas for the exclusive use of the villa’s guests are available. Mead’s Bay is also the home of many of Anguilla’s most popular restaurants – including Ocean Echo, Blanchard’s Beach Shack, Jacala and Straw Hat and the five-star Malliouhana by Auberge Hotel.

The villa is also within five minutes walk of the pristine and deserted Long Bay and five minutes drive from other popular west-end beaches like Barnes Bay, Shoal Bay West, Maunday’s Bay and West End Bay. There is a large supermarket 3 minutes drive away.

This charming contemporary Caribbean villa offers guests exceptional privacy and space as it is situated in half an acre of glorious tropical gardens and boasts a pretty, private pool and luxurious sunbathing terrace. The architect-designed property is luxuriously furnished and benefits from partial sea views, vaulted ceilings, comfortable contemporary furniture and great natural light.

Complimentary beach chairs/umbrellas and tennis! Twin Palms Villa’s guests benefit from dedicated lounge chairs and umbrellas reserved exclusively for them on a prime spot on Mead’s Bay beach. Villa guests are also able to enjoy complimentary use of the Tennis Courts at nearby Carimar Beach Club.
