Beach Palm Villa is a luxurious two-bedroom retreat literally steps away from one of the world’s best beaches – Meads Bay. This exceptional villa is within walking distance of many of the West End’s gourmet restaurants, five-star hotels, and spas.

Beach Palm Villa is undoubtedly one of Anguilla’s most conveniently situated vacation homes. Its exceptional location is just steps away from stunning Mead’s Bay Beach – two miles of glorious powder white sand – where lounge chairs and umbrellas for the exclusive use of the villa’s guests are available. Mead’s Bay is also the home of many of Anguilla’s most popular restaurants – including Blanchard’s Beach Shack, Jacala and Straw Hat and the five-star Malliouhana Hotel.

The villa is also within a five-minute walk of the pristine and deserted Long Bay and other popular west-end beaches like Barnes Bay, Shoal Bay West, Maunday’s Bay, and West End Bay. There is a large supermarket three minutes' drive away also.

This charming contemporary Caribbean villa offers guests exceptional privacy and space as it is situated in half an acre of tropical gardens and boasts a pretty, private pool and luxurious sunbathing terrace. The architect-designed property is comfortably furnished and benefits from partial sea views, vaulted ceilings, and great natural light.

Twin Palms Villa’s guests benefit from dedicated sun loungers and umbrellas reserved exclusively for them on a prime spot on Mead’s Bay beach. Villa guests are also able to enjoy complimentary use of the Tennis Courts at nearby Carimar Beach Club.

Two air-conditioned garden view bedrooms (one king/one twin that can be made up as a king) both with en suite bathrooms, private terraces, and ceiling fans. Half bathroom on the main floor.

Beach Palm Villa can be combined with its sister property a bedroom Coconut Palm to create a spacious 5-bedroom villa estate. The villas are situated in a large, walled estate where mature gardens, clever landscaping, and walkways separate and provide privacy for the two properties.
