OVERVIEW

Sitting on Lockrum Bay, this amazing two-level seaside villa sets the stage for luxurious relaxation, privacy, and entertainment. The villa comes with breathtaking views of the sea and St. Martin, four ensuite bedrooms/bathrooms, a private pool, chaise lounges, an outdoor grill, a gazebo, an outdoor shower, and a range of luxury amenities for our guests to enjoy.

The great room has 25-foot ceilings with ceiling fans and air conditioning. On one side is the sitting area with a television, a couch, and two chairs; on the other, a dining table and kitchen with all of the amenities, including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Designed to provide our guests with their own personal havens, Lockrum Point has four en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the first level, one with a king bed and the other with two twin-sized beds that can be combined to become a king. The two bedrooms on the second level have king-sized beds. All of the bedrooms have sea views, a covered deck, and air conditioning.

The outdoor space is amazing and gives you the ideal place for entertaining. A private pool (20 X 15) gives you and your family/guests the perfect spot to lounge during the day, as well as the dining area. A large gazebo is perched on the sea where you can sip cocktails or tea with friends, admire the views, or snooze in the hammock.
