The lovely five-bedroom villa is nestled in lush tropical palms directly on the shimmering Caribbean, on Blowing Point.

The five elegant bedroom suites all have ensuite baths — two of the suites are in the modern main house, and three of the self-contained suites are found in the adjacent guest house. Designed for up to 10 guests, the luxury villa has views of St. Martin from nearly every room.

Guests can enjoy 166 feet of beachfrontage, a private pool, and a large green space with seating. Step right to a private beach area from the guest house. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and doors merge indoor and outdoor island living. Enjoy tropical views in all directions from the indoor dining area, or dine alfresco by the pool, cooled by gentle Caribbean breezes.

Your beachfront holiday includes a sand volleyball court, billiards table, snorkeling gear, hammock, and outdoor grills.

Centrally located near the ferry port, the villa is just minutes away from some of Anguilla’s world-renowned beaches.
