The Antilles Pearl is a luxurious beachfront villa within Altamer Resort at Shoal Bay West. Rising 40 feet above the landscape, its rooftop patio offers breathtaking views—Saba to the southwest, St. Barts to the east, and the vast Atlantic to the north.

Designed with contemporary architecture, this multilevel Anguilla villa maximizes natural light with expansive glass windows. The first floor features an impressive common area with soaring 21-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a grand dining table, multiple lounge spaces, and French doors leading to the outdoor pool area.

The second floor is thoughtfully divided into two sections: one side boasts a fully stocked entertainment room with a custom-made pool table, card table, and home theater, while the other houses two guest bedrooms.
