The Pearl of Park City is a posh eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom home in the heart of historic Old Town Park City. This spectacular three-story vacation home offers roughly 5,500 square feet of living space and ample room to sleep 16. Perfectly situated between Deer Valley and Main Street, guests will love quick access to the slopes, hiking/biking trails, and local shops and restaurants.

Upon entering the main floor of this exquisite mountain home, guests are welcomed by the warmth and beauty of dark wood flooring, along with a stone accent wall featuring a mounted TV and fireplace. Host loved ones in the living area with a large leather sectional and a small work area. Behind the sofa lies a wet bar ready for hosting happy hours or après ski drinks. Enjoy meals in the adjacent dining area with a traditional table that seats 10. Plus, a round table with four chairs provides additional seating in the living room. The French doors off the dining area lead to an outside furnished deck with gorgeous mountainscapes. The thoughtfully designed kitchen features an expansive island bordering the four-stool breakfast bar and commercial-grade appliances. This level also offers two bedrooms— one primary bedroom with its own fireplace and one guest bedroom with a versatile bathroom that provides an ADA-compliant shower with built-in seating for maximum comfort. There’s also private ski storage with lockers for added convenience.

Take the stairs or use the in-home elevator to reach the second floor, featuring five comfortable bedrooms—four guest bedrooms with queen beds and one other guest bedroom with a king bed.

The top floor boasts one guest bedroom with access to a rooftop deck with a private hot tub next to an outdoor fireplace.

The Pearl of Park City offers guests incredible views from its furnished balconies and patios. With on-site parking and historic Main Street only 25 yards away, it’s easy to explore downtown, but the nearby award-winning cuisine, nightlife, museums, and gift shops might be more appealing. If skiing is the main goal, the Town Lift down the road heads straight to Park City Mountain Resorts, and Deer Valley’s Snow Park base is one mile away.
