The home sits on a wide and quiet stretch of beach away from the hotels and condos, yet only about a mile from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Coligny Plaza. Enjoy the privacy and lush landscape of the fenced yard surrounding multiple pools, deck, and cabana.

When you step inside the front door, the view will amaze you! The large open-concept living/dining space keeps the group connected as the hub of the house, but there are multiple gathering and private spaces to spread out and enjoy different activities.

The fully equipped kitchen (with six burners Viking cooktop, double ovens, multiple dishwashers and refrigerators), can handle big meal prep for any large group. Also available, are two large gas BBQs just a few steps outside. If the chefs need a break, choose to grab some delicious takeaways and serve buffet-style from two large kitchen islands.

The multiple indoor dining tables can accommodate various family/friend groups. You can also enjoy outdoor dining on the deck or cabana.

Outside there is a hot tub, a large leisure pool, and even a kiddie pool - something for everyone in your group. Relax in the pool while you watch your favorite team on the cabana TV, and enjoy the bar for snacks and drinks.

The private raised boardwalk takes you from the pool deck, across the dune, to the soft sand of the island's famous beaches. There is not only a beachside shower to clean off all the sandy fun, but another located next to the pool.

When you need a break from the sun, this home has a games room - You will find various games including connecting to the gaming TV, shuffleboard, air hockey, ping pong, and plenty of seating too.

There is also a media room with a wet bar and a great viewing area for sports or movies.
