OVERVIEW

Hilton Head is a beautiful island and home to Palmetto Dunes; with its bike trails, championship golf courses, shopping, restaurants and sugar-white beaches, it is the perfect place to relax.

This home is perfect for entertaining with eight bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, two large living areas and sitting areas with ocean views. A large pool, hot tub and outdoor seating can be found at the back of the property along with private access to the beach.

Nine steps leads you to the grand entrance of the home. Upon entering the home immediately to the right is bedroom #1 which has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has ocean views with a king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with a shower. There is also a powder room in the hall between these two bedrooms. Directly in front of the entrance of the home is the living room has an ocean view, a sleeper sofa, a chair, large flat-screen TV, a decorative-only fireplace, a bar area and a desk with an apple computer. On the other side of the living room is bedroom three with a king bed and ocean views, flat screen TV, access to the bathroom, this bathroom also has a washer and dryer. This bedroom also has a door that leads out to the deck/ pool area. Bedroom four has a king bed, tv, and a private bath with a large shower. Then to the left of the entrance, you will find seven stairs leading you to bedroom five. This room has two double beds, flat-screen TV and a private bath with a shower.

The second level of this home has spectacular views. The main living area is open plan, with a large living room leading to a balcony, perfect for alfresco dining and BBQs. The two dining rooms include a table that can seat up to ten guests and a smaller area that can seat up to six guests. The spacious kitchen area has been recently renovated, the open-plan design makes it perfect for large family gatherings. On this level, you will find bedroom six with a king bed, flat screen TV, decorative fireplace, and a separate room with a reading chair and desk that overlooks the ocean and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom seven is located on this same side of the house, with a king bed, TV and large private bathroom. Also, on this second level you will find the second living room with ocean views, three sofas, flat screen TV, and a bar area with seating for four.

Next is the lovely kitchen that overlooks the ocean and has a dining room table with seating for ten. The kitchen has a door that leads out to the upper-level patio. Off the kitchen, you will find another washer and dryer. 5 more steps up will take you to bedroom eight which has a king bed and a bunk bed with a trundle pull-out and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom has a walk-through closet and a full bath with a shower.

Outdoors you will find the private pool area complete with a spa, two sets of tables with seating for seven, lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. There is a spiral staircase that leads you to the second-floor balcony which can also be accessed through the inside of the home. On the second-floor balcony, there is a propane grill and a table for six. This spectacular home will not disappoint! Only two minutes away from Palmetto Dunes golf courses.
