Nestled above the White Otter chairlift in the exclusive Powder Ridge community, 12 Manitou offers exclusive, easy ski accessible access to Big Sky Resort, framed by stunning mountain views. With 2,435 square feet of living space, this cabin comfortably sleeps 12 guests in 4 plush bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Guests will love the quick 5-minute drive to Big Sky Resort, with endless activities and rich amenities!

Steps ascend from the driveway to the front patio of this captivating 3-story home, complete with a 6-person hot tub—setting the scene for a relaxing vacation. A secondary living space with a warm gas fireplace and wet bar invites friends inside for movie nights on the 47” TV or game around the 4-person card table. The mudroom is perfect for storing wet ski gear or dirty hiking boots, while the dreamy guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom completes this floor.

This retreat merges rustic Western décor with modern comforts on the main floor, featuring a wraparound deck with uninterrupted views of Lone Peak and surrounding ranges. The spacious, open-concept layout includes a charming wood-burning fireplace and an expansive wall of windows overlooking the mountains for a traditional ski lodge atmosphere. In the living area, a full-length leather sofa and armchair face the 55” TV with a SONOS sound system for cozy evenings at home. Steps away, a gourmet kitchen invites home-cooked meals with granite countertops and high-end appliances. Surrounded by windows, the 8-person dining table provides dinner with a view, plus 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Step outside onto the sweeping deck to fire up the Weber gas grill for BBQ around the 6-seat alfresco dining table, or simply enjoy panoramic views from the 2 Adirondack chairs. Two family-friendly bunk rooms on this floor provide versatility, with 1 twin-over-queen bed in each room.

The primary bedroom is nestled exclusively on the top level. It offers a luxurious king bed, a private bathroom, and breathtaking views from the balcony. A small desk and computer are available in the open loft.
