River's Edge Retreat

OVERVIEW

Upon entering into the home, guests are greeted by San Miguel River views from the entire entry level. The recently remodelled gourmet kitchen lies to the right and offers granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that any family chef is sure to enjoy and bar seating for four. A breakfast table for four sits adjacent to the kitchen, making it the ideal place for coffee and conversation. A door leads out to the home's private patio, where the sounds of the river provide privacy and relaxation for those looking to grill a meal with a view.

Just opposite the entry, a large living space plays host to a dining table with seating for six, as well as a sofa with two leather chairs which surround the flat-screen TV. A lounge area sits next to the room's gas fireplace, creating a perfect reading nook.

Rounding out the home's main level is the luxurious primary suite. A king-size bed sits center stage, facing another gas which is accompanied by comfortable seating. The en suite bath offers a deep, jetted soaking tub, dual vanity sinks and a separate glass shower with a bench seat inside.

The home's lowest level is occupied by two matching guest suites, each furnished with split king beds and en suite bathrooms. The bedding can accommodate two couples as king beds or 4 individuals as twin beds. One bathroom has a tub/shower combination with stacked washer and dryer; while the other has a glass shower.
