The Pinnacle is large enough to comfortably accommodate up to 12 individuals, and there are plenty of spots for both gathering together and enjoying your own company in this two-level home that offers a full 6,800 square feet of modern living space. There are five bedrooms and 5.5 baths spaced throughout the home, and you'll find a beautiful lawn that's just begging for you to come out and throw the football around.

This home's GREAT ROOM is situated on the upper level, which is surrounded by a wrap-around deck with a seating area next to an outdoor fireplace, lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table next to the barbecue grill. Huge windows are found throughout this level, and the LIVING ROOM is a great spot to gather with its comfy seating in front of the fireplace and a piano for entertainment. The KITCHEN offers a huge pantry as well as ample cabinet and counter spaces, a breakfast bar and high-end appliances that include a double oven with eight burners on top. The formal dining table is right next to the kitchen for ease of serving.

When it's time to rest, guests may find the PRIMARY BEDROOM on the upper level of the home. It boasts a king-size bed that is made even more romantic by the warmth of the in-room fireplace and also comes with a nice seating area and a private bath with dual closets, dual sinks, a big shower, and a separate tub. The SECONDARY BEDROOM is on the upper level as well. It also offers a king-size bed, a fireplace, and a private bath along with a bonus office space. In this room, you'll discover two doors on opposite sides that take you out onto the wrap-around deck.

On the home's lower level are the other three guest bedrooms. There are TWO KING SUITES with a private bath in each as well as a BUNK ROOM that offers four twin-size bunk beds and a private bath. These bedrooms are conveniently located near the game room with endless ways to relax and have fun, the hot tub and the theater room for movie nights.

Winter guests of The Pinnacle may ski right out the door to some of the Telluride Ski Resort's greatest runs, and warm weather visitors have an easy walk to the bike trails. A short car ride will take you right into the Mountain Village Core with its many activities for all ages, fun bars, and popular restaurants, and the gondola will zip you right over to Telluride and all that it has to offer.
