Prospect Falls is just right for up to 10 guests. It boasts four bedrooms, four baths, and a half bath across four levels and more than 4,000 square feet of incredible living space.

In the LIVING ROOM, you'll find vaulted ceilings and huge windows that frame wonderful San Sophia views. Comfy seating options surround the large stone fireplace with a flat-screen television above, and French doors offer access out onto the private deck. Nearby is the lovely KITCHEN with its high-end stainless steel appliances by Viking that include a dual oven with a 6-burner stovetop, custom cabinets, plenty of counter space and a Black and Decker drip coffee maker. Meals may be enjoyed at the formal dining table or at the breakfast bar.

On the top level of the home is the KING PRIMARY SUITE with a plush bed warmed by a potbelly gas stove. It also features a big window with mountain views, a seating area, a flat-screen television with a Blu-ray player and an adjoining office space with a desk and seating. The primary bath boasts a deep soaking tub, a glass steam shower, and a dual vanity.

Two SPLIT KING SUITES are found on the second level of the home. Both come with a flat-screen television, French door access out onto the deck and a private bath. One bath offers a dual vanity and a tub/shower combo while the other comes with a glass shower. Near these bedrooms is another living area with comfortable seating in front of a flat-screen television.

On the first level of the home is the BUNK ROOM, which is huge with plenty of room to play. It offers two bunk beds with four full-size mattresses, a seating area in front of a large flat-screen television with a Blu-ray player and an Xbox 360, a pool table, a ping-pong table and French doors that lead out onto the deck where the hot tub with room for three awaits. The en-suite bath comes with a dual vanity and a glass shower.

Guests of Prospect Falls are sure to enjoy the quiet and privacy that this vacation rental offers. However, you may use the door-to-destination shuttle service to quickly arrive in the Mountain Village Core with its shopping and dining options and fun activities for all ages. You can also jump on the gondola there for transportation over to the Telluride side and all that it has to offer all year round.
