It's the perfect spot to bring the entire family, and there's plenty of room in the surrounding yard to get outside with the children to run, play and enjoy the clean mountain air. Beautiful blonde hardwood floors are found throughout this home, and the great room houses the living area and the kitchen space. The living area boasts a vaulted ceiling with wood beam details and large south-facing picture windows that offer exceptional views of the San Sophias. It also comes with a massive stone fireplace that is surrounded by comfortable armchairs and sofas, and a hidden flat-screen television. The gourmet kitchen is a dream with top-of-the-line Viking stainless steel appliances, including a Nespresso VertuoLine espresso machine and Cuisinart drip coffee maker, incredible custom cabinetry and plenty of granite countertops with seating for four. Guests may enjoy meals in comfort at the breakfast nook, which comes with two chairs and a leather bench. There's also a formal dining room that features a lovely table with seating for six. Beautiful French doors in the kitchen open to an amazing outdoor covered deck that boasts a stone fireplace, a nice gas grill, comfortable outdoor lounge seating and a dining table that seats six.

The primary suite enjoys privacy at one end of the home, and it boasts an amazing king-size bed with a tufted headboard that is warmed by a grand oxidized metal fireplace. It also offers comfortable furnishings and excellent San Sophia views. The private primary bath includes a relaxing steam shower, a freestanding tub and opposing dual vanity sinks. A guest room that is just off of the great room offers two queen-size poster beds, comfortable furnishings, lovely mountain views and a private bath with a freestanding tub and dual vanity sinks. This pretty room is often used for the children in the group. The entire lower level of the home is taken up by an exceptional bunk room that boasts a stone wall and an antler chandelier. This room comes with two bunk beds that are made up of four twin-size beds, a large sectional sofa, a flat screen television and a foosball table. Additionally, a wet bar with two bar stools is carefully placed overlooking a lovely set of glass doors. This room also features a private bath with an unusual sliding barn door entrance, and it offers a shower and dual vanity sinks. French doors open from this room to a lovely deck with a private hot tub, which is sure to inspire romance while soaking beneath the starry sky.

Perfect for any couple who would enjoy a little extra privacy, this guest house has everything that could possibly be needed. The living area offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen television, and the neighbouring kitchenette comes with a two-burner stove, toaster oven, Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, mini fridge, dishwasher and a rolling kitchen island. The bedroom offers a beautiful reclaimed wood wall, an ultra-cozy queen-sized bed with a leather headboard and a private bath with a glass shower/tub combo.
