This highly elevated cabin sits in its own grove of evergreens where you can experience the sights and sounds of nature, and guests are sure to appreciate the stunning mountain views that may be seen from this non-smoking private home. Winter visitors may enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access right from the driveway, and even the family dog is welcome at Palmyra Pines upon approval.

Palmyra Pines may comfortably accommodate up to nine guests. It offers four bedrooms and 4.5 baths across three levels and a full 4,500 square feet of luxurious living space.

The LIVING ROOM boasts massive windows that frame stunning mountain views, and the entire group may gather together on the comfy furnishings that sit in front of the stone fireplace and the flat-screen television with Apple TV. This room offers access to the large private deck where you can have a seat and enjoy the mountain air as well as the superb views. The large GOURMET KITCHEN is just steps away, and it features plenty of custom cabinets and counter space, newer high-end appliances and a Cuisinart drip coffee maker. Meals may be enjoyed at the formal dining table or the breakfast bar.

The KING PRIMARY SUITE is found on level two of the home. Its plush bed sits on carpeting that provides cozy toes on cold mornings, and there's a nice seating area for two, a flat-screen television and French doors that lead out onto a private balcony. The primary bath offers a large glass shower with bench seating, a jetted soaking tub, and a dual vanity. Up in the loft on the top level of the home is a FAMILY SUITE with a queen sleeper sofa and a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. This room also features a private bath with a glass shower and access to a private deck.

Down on the first level of the home are the final two guestrooms. The SPLIT KING SUITE comes with a flat-screen television and a private bath with a glass shower, and the QUEEN GUESTROOM has a flat-screen television and is served by a bath in the hall with a steam shower. A second living area is situated near these bedrooms, and it boasts a seating area in front of a flat-screen television and French doors out onto the patio where the hot tub awaits. There's also a wet bar area with a mini-fridge, a wine fridge, and a sink.

Guests of Palmyra Pines won't have far to drive to get to the Mountain Village Core where you'll find shopping, dining and fun activities such as ice skating at the Mountain Village Pond, rock climbing and a wide selection of incredible outdoor activity tours during every season of the year through Telluride Outfitters. You can also catch a ride on the gondola that will take you over to the Telluride side for summer festivals and much more.
