The exterior of Country Club Estate is Rocky Mountain classic- complete with wide wood plank siding and gorgeous stone detail. Once inside, a sprawling, sunken living area is backlit by a wall of windows that frame the grand mountain range views. The living area is split into several different areas for relaxing and unwinding with friends and family. In one area, a roaring fireplace warms the two leather sofas that face one another- perfect for cozying up on a chilly evening with a bottle of wine and great conversation. Nearby, another sofa and a pair of armchairs face the large HDTV- ideal for those that want to catch the game or a favorite movie. Still another pairing of armchairs faces the windows and the once-in-a-lifetime vistas.

Up one step and into the kitchen, you'll first encounter a formal, parquet dining table with seating for eight. There's also a tiered peninsula bar with some casual bar stool seating. The stunning kitchen is outfitted in varying shades of elegant gray and includes marble countertops, two sinks, and glass cabinetry filled with sparkling goblets and wine glasses. The suite of stainless steel appliances includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and a sleek gas range.
