The Sugar Loaf Mountain residence at One Steamboat Place offers unrivalled slopeside access at the base of the mountain. With beautiful new upgrades throughout, you will feel right at home after you return from a day on the mountain.

The residence features a large living area with mountain and valley views. Its open floor plan creates a spacious, free-flowing living, dining, and kitchen area. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, this living area includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable couches for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

Aspiring chefs will delight in the professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances. There is also a built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.

The primary bedroom has modern and stylish furnishings, plus a gas fireplace and an ensuite bath with a steam shower and a Jacuzzi tub.

The guest bedroom suite has a king bed with a private bath. A third bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom. The fourth bedroom offers two sets of twin-over-full bunks with fun wallpaper.

This residence offers a separate office room with high-speed internet for remote working. Guests also have use of a washer and dryer on site in the hallway.

A service fee will apply to all guests over the age of 10, paid directly to One Steamboat Place upon checkout. Fee is subject to change.
