Morningside Ridge is a spectacular three-bedroom residence at Edgemont, one of Steamboat's luxury additions. This exclusive slopeside property is located right on Steamboat Ski Area's Stampede Run just above the base area village and enjoys views of the ski mountain and the pristine Yampa Valley.

When you aren’t on one of the balconies enjoying the view, you can relax in the open-plan living room. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. The natural rock gas fireplace creates a warm focus and gathering place to unwind after a day of adventures on the mountain.

The fully equipped professional kitchen will inspire you to cook like a Michelin-star chef. The six-burner Viking range and GE Monogram appliances are complemented by the custom cabinetry and stone countertops.

There is seating for eight at the dining room table and an additional four at the kitchen bar so entertaining a larger group is easy.

The interior design of this delightful 3-bedroom residence is both warm and inviting with a modern mountain feel. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a gas fireplace. There is also a private balcony, walk-in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with balcony access. The third bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed and one twin bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with two sinks and a large shower.

Beyond this spacious residence, guests can enjoy Edgemont's community amenities that including a spectacular heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy a conversation over s'mores and hot chocolate, and an indoor community lounge with gas fireplace.

Edgemont's on-site amenities include the fabulous heated outdoor pool and hot tub with great views down the mountain. The outdoor fire pit is a natural gathering place and kids will be delighted with s'mores and hot chocolate bar.

Ski access is so easy with a slopeside ski locker room. Here you can dry off and conveniently store your equipment in your private ski locker and boot warmers. If you need to push yourself a little more, there is a small exercise room with equipment on site.
