Experience luxury mountain living at the stunning 4,600 square foot Brown Bear Chalet. This one-of-a-kind mountain home is situated on Burgess Creek Road, minutes to the Thunderhead lift, and represents luxury mountain living at its finest.

Brown Bear Chalet is a custom-built showstopper, combining stylish design with a luxurious mountain feel. Amenities include an elevator, private outdoor hot tub, billiard table, private covered deck and stunning mountain views. After a day of exhilarating mountain adventures, you’ll be eager to return to this upscale mountain home and revel in all its offerings.

A spacious great room invites both relaxation and entertaining with its high ceilings and lavish furnishings. Leather sofas invite you to lounge in front of the large stone fireplace and TV. Easy access to the kitchen and dining areas makes for a perfect après ski space. Venture out to the covered deck to enjoy views of the ski mountain or soak the day away in the hot tub and watch the stars at night.

A gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and includes the finest appliances from Wolf and Sub-Zero. The rich tones of the custom alder cabinets and granite counters will inspire the creativity of any chef, with bar seating for onlookers.

The fine craftsmanship of the interior woodwork is complemented by the adjoining dining area featuring a handcrafted ten-person alder dining table.

The chalet offers four spacious bedrooms, each one with an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom on the upper level is a beautiful private retreat with a fireplace, king bed, TV, sitting area, and deck access. A private ensuite includes a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Also on the upper level is a great bunkroom the kids will enjoy with two twin over queen bunks and an ensuite bath. A loft area with a desk is a great space for remote working.

On the main level are two more beautiful king ensuite rooms, each with the option for a king bed or two XL twin beds. Both rooms have TVs and en-suite baths.

Enjoy a family game or movie night in the lower-level family room, featuring a billiards table, large screen TV, Sony PlayStation2, and comfortable couches.

The separate mudroom includes a boot dryer and plenty of storage for all your gear. The chalet is equipped with an elevator serving all floors. Ski access is a breeze at Brown Bear Chalet as the shuttle service will take you to the Thunderhead Express Chairlift in just a few minutes.
