This year-round destination comes alive in warmer months with epic biking/hiking trails and on-the-water fun at Lake Dillon. No matter the season, guests will love the convenient location, private hot tub, and gorgeous mountain views.

Enter on the bottom floor, where an inviting rec room featuring a pool table, foosball table, wet bar, TV, and plush couch offers indoor entertainment. The connected ski room makes hitting the slopes effortless. After a day carving tracks, warm up in the patio hot tub and enjoy majestic views of the Tenmile Range. Sleeping accommodations on this level include a sleeper sofa, a guest bedroom with a king bed and a kitchenette, and a bunk room with 2 twin-over-queen beds and 2 queen trundles.

On the main level, an open-concept great room provides ample space for guests to gather. Soaring windows by the gas fireplace frame the stunning mountainscape. Curl up on the couches and armchairs and sipping marshmallow-topped hot chocolate or cocktails mixed at the wet bar. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream with a Wolf 6-burner stove and a curved kitchen island that seats 5. There’s plenty of dining space with a 4-top table by the kitchen’s gas fireplace, a table that seats 8 beneath the picture window, and a 6-seat table on the attached deck. This floor has 2 guest bedrooms with private bathrooms—the first bedroom has a king bed and the second a queen bed. A twin daybed with a twin trundle in the sunroom offers extra sleeping options.

The top floor hosts the lush primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, fireplace, Smart TV, kitchenette, and a queen sleeper sofa.
