This sprawling Tudor-style home, a rarity for Palm Springs, sits on manicured grounds with an English rose garden, stone fountains and Renaissance-style sculptures. A ficus privacy wall surrounds the estate, with views of soaring palm trees and the San Jacinto mountains a reminder of the home’s desert destination.

Located just outside downtown Palm Springs, the cottage lies just 3 minutes from restaurants, parks, museums, and the Mesquite Golf & Country Club.

Enjoy mornings on the front porch over coffee at a high-top cafe table and afternoons lazing by the pool on one of four chaise loungers. When you aren’t enjoying the local cuisine, fire up the grill in the outdoor kitchen for al fresco meals or have a martini at the eat-in bar. A cozy fire pit on the covered patio invites relaxed evenings under the stars.

Inside, find rich hardwood furniture, high-backed armchairs and stained glass windows in classic Tudor renaissance-style decor. A stacked-stone fireplace, accented by a ram’s head mount, creates a lodge-style atmosphere. In the living room, leather sofas frame a large-screen TV with Roku, while a wall of French doors opens this room to the backyard.

Steps away, a 10-seat Arthurian dining table allows for sit-down dinners prepared in the country-style kitchen. An eat-in breakfast table adds room for six.

The home also boasts a game room with floor-to-ceiling Tudor-style windows, high-backed spectator chairs around a billiard table, and a private entrance to the garden. Across the hall is a stately office with an ornate desk and wall of bookshelves.

Four spacious bedrooms, each with a king or queen bed, accommodate up to 8 guests.
