This stunning modern masterpiece is situated on the 4th Fairway with southern double fairway views over the Weiskopf Golf Course and the Santa Rosa Mountains. And it has more to offer than just its incredible location. You'll fall in love with the poolside patio, with its two fireplaces, ample seating and dining space, and expertly groomed landscaping. You’re able to see it as well as the surrounding area through your home’s floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

Twelve guests can comfortably share this space. Draw straws for those who will be lucky enough to stay in the private casita, with its own living area and luxe bathroom amenities. There are no losers in terms of sleeping arrangements, though, as each bedroom is as stunning, clean, and comfortable as the last. Drop off your bags and congregate in the kitchen and living area to watch movies on the large screen TV or whip up your best interpretation of SoCal cuisine in a kitchen that would make Martha proud.
