• Additional Queen size Murphy bed in Media Room. The Murphy bed available in our Media room can be prepared ahead of your arrival upon request. Once installed by our local team, the bed is not designed to be moved by guests. You won't be able to raise or lower the bed yourself during your stay.

• Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access.

• Pets may be permitted upon request, at an additional fee. Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors.

• Kindly be aware that while the home's backyard has foliage and landscaping designed to ensure privacy from Madison Street, guests may still encounter occasional noise from passing traffic.

• Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay (maximum temperature of 86). Spa Heat is complimentary for guests.

• Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.

• 2 twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate.

• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.

• This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.

• Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
