HOUSE RULES

• No smoking inside the property • Please note that the villa is not equipped with a backup generator. In the event of a power outage in the area, electricity may be temporarily unavailable • Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed) * There is an entrance fee to the Biosphere Reserve of Sian Kaan that is not included in the rate. This fee is $12 USD per person per day and it’s paid at the entrance arch by cash Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year • During the turtle nesting season, the lights on the beach and pool areas will remain off to avoid disturbing their natural behavior. Please, if you spot a turtle as they lay their eggs, do not approach them. You are welcome to watch them from a distance, but remember to keep all light sources off and avoid making any noise.
