• A Food & Beverage deposit will be required during the reservation process.
• A refundable security deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required at check-in.
• Please note that a 15% service fee will be added to all services booked.
• Effective January 6, 2026, Sea Breeze Beach Club will implement a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Policy for vacation rentals only (Not Members with their guests). Please contact a Villa Specialist for exact pricing details.
• Please note: We kindly ask you to consider that the Punta Mita resort applies a resort fee for access to its facilities, including beach clubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, and the fitness center. This fee is $50 per adult (ages 13+) and $30 per child (ages 5–12). It will be added to your booking quote, along with a mandatory 15% service charge and 16% VAT.
