Villa Ventura is a stunning oceanfront villa offering breathtaking views across the bay and along the south coast. Located just minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta, guests are close to world-class gourmet restaurants, the Romantic Zone, Los Muertos Beach, and the Historic Center. Beach access is via a stone stairway directly from the property.
The villa has over 9000 sq ft of indoor /outdoor living space. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas showcase sweeping ocean views—ideal for enjoying Puerto Vallarta’s magical sunsets.
Steps lead down to the nearby beach, and the villa provides two kayaks and two paddleboards. Whale watching is common during the winter months, while summer brings frequent dolphin sightings.
Note: depending on currents and tides, check conditions carefully before going swimming or using kayaks or other Beach sports toys. No Lifeguard on duty on beach or at the pool, do so at your own risk

Exquisite villa
This is a beautiful home right on the beach, which is easy to walk down to. The home is extremely commodious with large bedrooms and well equipped bathrooms. It has its own water filtration system, which is convenient for Americans. The four members of the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or solicitors. Ready to make a piña colada or a margarita at the drop of a hat. Beto, the chef has major hotel experience and can Prepare just about any food you could think of, and it is all delicious.
