The villa is located oceanfront in Conchas Chinas only a short drive (3 miles) to the Romantic Zone and popular Los Muertos Beach with breathtaking views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean and across the Bay of Banderas. The villa itself is an experience from one-of-a-kind architectural details including soaring 12-foot ceilings, spacious bedrooms, with breathtaking ocean views from every room. The villa rents as four or five bedrooms perfect for couples, multi-generational family groups and corporate retreats. The villa is designed with simple contemporary lines, juxtaposed with rustic details such as a hand-carved boat, natural brick boveda ceilings and splashes of colorful art. The villa includes full attentive staff, WIFI and premium bedding.

There is a man-made stone terrace at ocean level, accessible by steps made into the rocky coast. The staff will assist to set up w drinks and cushions. The tides and currents do not usually allow for swimming from the ocean terrace.
