• All noise and/or music shall be maintained at reasonable levels during the day to accommodate the quiet enjoyment of neighbors and authorities. No excessive noise or amplified music is permitted between the hours of 10pm and 8am
• The 6-bedroom rate is for up to 12 guests. As there is now an additional twin / daybed in Bedroom #3, if there are 13 guests in the group, there will be an Extra Guest Fee of $115 USD plus tax in the Summer Season and $135 USD plus tax in the Winter Season
• For the safety and security of the villa, guests, and staff, no outside guests are permitted in the villa at any time
• This property is located in a tropical, lush area so wildlife and insects should be expected. It is regularly fumigated, however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season
Punta del Cielo is equipped with an array of included amenities and services:
• Personal service by the villa staff including a housekeeper, cook (two-meals per day) and villa manager (except Sundays)

Mountaintop Retreat
The juice was worth the squeeze at Punta del Cielo with the final ride up the hillside funicular an exciting part of the experience. The staff worked with us to accommodate our preferences and created a comfortable environment for us to enjoy our down time in Puerto Vallarta. The indoor-outdoor arrangement of the living and dining areas is a real treat for pool time and sunsets. The semi-outdoor showers were also a nice perk for enjoying nature at all times.
