The property is composed of a main villa with four bedrooms and a guest house provides the fifth bedroom. The harbor and Puerto Andratx are within walking distance – there are also sea views from the property towards the harbour. The living areas are spacious, in neutral tones with splashes of colour, with careful attention to detail throughout. All modern conveniences are present; air conditioning, Sonos music system (with indoor and outdoor speakers), satellite TV, and internet access.

There is a six-person jacuzzi with sea view on the first floor balcony, whilst in the grounds there is a 10m x 5m swimming pool (heatable on request), several terraces and dining areas and a mature garden with lawned space.
