A harmonious blend of traditional materials and authentic design, enhanced by unique pieces and reimagined original country furniture, creates an atmosphere of luxury and comfort.

The villa features six comfortable double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, plus a twin bedroom for children/teenagers. These, along with the adjoining double bedroom, form a family suite. The Sogni d'oro family suite on the ground floor also has private access from the garden, offering plenty of freedom. On the ground floor of the villa, next to the breakfast room, a charming little living room with sofas and a relaxing armchair leads to the Stanza delle Papere, a communal area ideal for couples. A child can be accommodated in an extra bed upon request. Attached to the villa but with direct access from the garden, the Garden Suite is ideal for two couples or a family with two older children. It consists of Il Pizzo and La Turquesa, double bedrooms with two full bathrooms with showers.

A comfortable staircase leads to the two double bedrooms on the first floor: the White Lady, our unique romantic room with a bathroom featuring a copper tub and shower, and a pellet fireplace; and the Red Baron's room, distinctive for its colorful tones, features a bathroom with a large travertine shower but no bidet. The rooms overlook the Salone del Gran Camino, a common area equipped with a Smart TV, comfortable sofas, and a pellet fireplace. A lovely covered terrace is available to guests.

The ground floor, designed for entertainment and relaxation, is divided into five areas. The dining room with a large fine wood table, a pellet fireplace adjacent to the equipped kitchen, and access to the garden with access to the swimming pool. The heart of the house is the large living room on the first floor, complete with sofas and a lovely fireplace, and a dining area where you can gather with your loved ones and family. Large windows offer unobstructed views of the surrounding nature, while for entertainment, the villa is equipped with a PS4 console, smart TV, and speakers.

Outside, to the side of the living room, a pergola shaded by wisteria features a large oval table where you can gather for al fresco lunch or dinner, a particularly popular spot on warm summer afternoons for an afternoon aperitif. This area can also be set up in the lounge area with comfortable outdoor sofas and a view of the pool. The lounge area, with its three comfortable sofas, is the perfect place to share laughter and conversation under the warm Tuscan sun or under the blanket of twinkling stars. Sports lovers can challenge each other to a game of ping pong or show off their barbecue skills, creating culinary delights for friends and family.

The sparkling swimming pool is surrounded by a garden of aromatic plants, flowers, and olive trees. Complete with loungers and a canopy for shade. At night, lights and candles transform the pool terrace into a magical place to enjoy an aperitif or simply gaze at the stars. The pool is completely fenced with a gate for the safety of children, who must be supervised at all times. The pool is open from mid-April to mid-October. Outside these dates, it can be opened upon request for an additional fee.
