Cala Mancina is a beautiful villa with a private swimming pool situated near San Vito Lo Capo, a very popular tourist resort in the west of Sicily.
Consisting of a main house and an annexe, this property features cosy, well-proportioned interiors furnished with both taste and comfort in mind, equipped with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine, oven and microwave. The main house includes a living room with an ornamental fireplace, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The close annexe houses the third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The villa boasts a well-tended, lush garden, a lovely swimming pool with sun terrace and spacious, well-equipped terraces with a BBQ and dining area, which are the perfect spots for breakfasts or dining al fresco.
Situated just a few hundred metres from San Vito Lo Capo’s beach and centre, Cala Mancina is also an excellent base for exploring the charming surrounding area. Nearby can be visited: the Zingaro nature reserve, the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala, the medieval village of Erice, Trapani’s historical centre, the imposing temple of Segesta and the Egadi islands.

Private Slice of Sicilian Paradise
Cala Mancina is a spectacular property. Ocean view with large saltwater pool and lovely landscape. Lots of outdoor space to relax and sunbathe. Nicely decorated home with well stocked kitchen and outdoor cooking area, too. The owners are lovely and very responsive. We loved San Vito Lo Capo; one of the prettiest beaches in Sicily is a short distance away along with a wonderful town with lots of restaurants, etc. Our family had a special time. I highly recommend Cala Mancina.
