The property extends for 10,000 square meters, on which there are three houses, two of which are newly built, and a trullo to be restored. An ancient paralupi (that is, a curb of flat stones that protrude outwards to prevent wild animals from entering) acts as a fortress for a modern house made of wood. The large windows make the interior bright and allow an extraordinary view of the outside.
