OVERVIEW

Palazzo Mosca is located in the center of Muro Leccese, a characteristic village in the Salento area, just 10 minutes by car from the beautiful sea of Otranto (15km). It is a solution that perfectly combines the convenience of living in a small town with all services close at hand, with proximity to the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast.

The ground floor has a large, fully equipped kitchen and a large, very bright living room, thanks to the large windows that characterize all the rooms of the building. On the same floor, there are also two twin/double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first floor consists of two bedrooms communicating with each other, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds (the latter can become a double bedroom with a single bed upon request), and one bathroom/shower shared between the two bedrooms. The floor is completed by one large double bedroom and a bathroom/shower with access from a living area furnished with sofas and a fireplace.

The exterior has a large, well-kept garden equipped with a pergola where you can have lunch/dinner outside, and with a swimming pool located on a slightly raised terrace and in a reserved area at the bottom of the property.
