OVERVIEW

The first thing you notice when you arrive at Villa Sissi is the pool and jacuzzi overlooking the lake, this stunning panorama is just one of the magnificent views that this property offers. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests with its five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and open-plan main floor. Opened in June 2015, this chic property combines sleek contemporary décor with exposed timber ceilings and accent colors to brilliant effect and capitalizes on that indoor/outdoor lifestyle that Italy is famous for.

The ground floor has a spacious, light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with a wall of glass doors that open on to the garden, while the pool area and covered terrace easily accommodate everyone in your party. Competition is bound to be fierce for the bathroom with the lake-view bathtub and the bedroom that has direct access to the furnished terrace – with what might be the villa’s best view!
A private driveway takes you directly from the main road into the villa grounds with parking space for up to four cars.

On the Ground Floor, you will find a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with elegantly minimal, yet comfortable décor. There is ample seating to relax in the living and dining room during your stay, particularly with the large windows and wall of glass doors framing those gorgeous lake views. There is a large kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is state of the art and fully furnished with brand new appliances. On this floor you will also find one bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two twin beds that can be united in a double bedroom and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a private entrance and access to the beautiful garden.

The Frist Floor consists of two full bathrooms, one bedroom with twin beds, and two bedrooms with king size beds as well as a fabulous private terrace overlooking the lake. One of the bathrooms features a bathtub with views of the lake. The terrace on this floor is spacious and charming with tables and chairs.

The Basement consists of a spacious private garage with room for four cars, on this floor there is also a fully equipped laundry room with brand new appliances and a full modern bathroom.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi are for the exclusive use of the guests at the villa and are furnished to the highest standard with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The garden surrounding the villa is private and perfectly maintained. In the evenings you can gather around the terrace table for an al fresco feast, or enjoy some sunset drinks whilst playing foosball on the patio.

The villa is located in the quiet residential area of Aureggio, in the charming town of Bellagio on Lake Como. The villa offers panoramic views of the hill with Rockefeller’s world-renowned Villa Serbelloni and the Pescallo Harbor. With this geographically-privileged location, guests at Villa Sissi can experience the wonders of Lake Como right from their backyard or pop down to beautiful nearby Bellagio, known locally as “the Pearl of the Lake”, for its traditional trattorias, much-loved gelato and fantastic shopping.
