Villa i Gerani is immersed in a beautiful pine tree forest, on a private beach, inside a gated community called pineta di Roccamare. The villa has a beautiful private garden of 10 acres and it’s only a few steps from the sea and the long white sandy beach of Roccamare.
The beach of Roccamare is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy’ recognized also by the European blue flag status, which guarantees for amazingly clear and clean water. The Pineta di Roccamare is a private gated community with controlled access. The Villa i Gerani was built in 1963 by the famous Italian architect Ugo Miglietta for Wanda Ferragamo, Salvatore Ferragamo’s wife and belongs today to her grandson Salvatore
Ferragamo junior.
The Villa i Gerani is surrounded by pinewood forest with a beautiful lawn and garden, and a spacious stone terrace full of geraniums (which give the villa its name), on the beachfront side of the villa you will find a large patio overlooking the pool area, and a path of about 90 meters leads from the terrace or pool directly to the beach where the house disposes of a private beach bungalow and a changing area. The main entrance of the villa opens into a beautiful living and dining room, with a fireplace and a study and TV room.
The dining room with its large French windows looks onto the terrace and garden beachfront side of the villa that enjoys two living corners of opposing couches and a large table for outdoor dining.
On the garden side, you find a beautiful new kitchen with another smaller more intimate outdoor living and dining option. The environments are all very bright and lead out on the terrace that surrounds the entire house.
A total of seven en-suite master bedrooms are available for guests on the main floor of the Villa. The lower floor includes a large garage for two cars, a laundry room, a pantry room with two extra fridges and two bedrooms and two bathrooms for the exclusive use of the guest’s villa staff.
