OVERVIEW

Villa Le Terme is situated in a prime location, overlooking and surrounded by the gulf of Naples. This elegant late 19th century villa is one of the most prestigious and charming on the Island of Ischia. Located five minutes from the main harbour, the property provides hospitality for those travelers who wish to enjoy a special stay in the heart of the Green Island, surrounded by luxury and comfort.

The property is situated directly on the waterfront, with direct access to the famous beach, Spiaggia degli Inglesi. You can arrive at the property with great ease, as the main harbor is only one kilometer from the villa, with a landing for hydrofoils from Naples. The staff will come to pick the guests up with a car which is at guests disposal (for larger parties, a minivan needs to be rented).

There are two magnificent swimming pools located amongst the beautiful gardens. One large salt water pool and one thermal water swimming pool, with direct access from the garden.

Inside the house there is a small, well equipped gym, a Jacuzzi with thermal water, a sauna and a solarium at guests disposal. The villa is fully staffed with maid and housekeeper. Private chef service is also available for an extra charge. Concierge service is available on request.

The five rooms of Le Terme are furnished with elegance and classic style, with original marble floors and antiques, offering the best comfort and charm. Large, bright, overlooking the pretty park that surrounds the villa, embellished with top quality fabrics and accessories, the rooms can sleep up to ten people in absolute comfort. Four bathrooms with shower plus one extra bathroom with access from the living room; all bathrooms made of lovely marble. Satellite television and air conditioning in all rooms ensure a more than pleasant stay at Le Terme.
