A unique retreat comprising of three rooms, open spaces, endless views of the Aegean, and a private infinity pool, which is aimed at providing you with a perfect, luxurious, and relaxed stay. Villa Octo is a newly designed, eco-friendly, 195-square-foot villa located near Heraklion, the capital of the island, on a bay overlooking the city. The villa has two levels, and it can host up to six people.
On the first floor, there is the Primary Bedroom with a suite bathroom offering a spacious jacuzzi bathtub, ideal to relax and enjoy a beautiful view through the window with a glass of wine. Its main feature is the amazing view of the horizon and the sea from every corner of the bedroom, which entices you to lose yourself with your partner. Two more bedrooms, individually designed and furnished, offer you relaxation and comfort. The main bathroom with shower services the extra bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with CocoMat natural full latex anatomic mattresses and bedding to offer the ultimate sleeping experience.
On the ground floor, you will find the luxurious open space living room and kitchen area with hand-picked, stylish sofas and specially made furniture for you to enjoy the splendid views and share moments with your friends or family. The ideal space for private dinners or drinks with your loved one. Free wireless Internet is offered throughout the premises along with a tablet, a music set, a DVD player, and satellite TVs to service all your needs. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare anything you wish for you or your company.
The exterior of the villa consists of a beautiful garden with stone walls, an open-air kitchen, a large barbecue area with a dining area, and an external toilet and shower. The unique element, the beautiful private pool, offers you a hydro massage (whirlpool) and foot air massage to complete the feeling of seclusion and luxury. The private hammam will complete the overwhelming experience. The external area is your unique space to pamper your body and your soul, and enjoy the sunny and warm climate of the island days and nights. There is also a private, secure parking area for the guests of the villa with a remote control entrance gate.

The location of the Villa offers splendid views of the deep blue and an idyllic environment of harmony, relaxation, and discrete luxury surrounded by Crete’s nature. The distance from the city center is 15km and 20km from the Nikos Kazantzakis International Airport. The distance from the port is 15km & Knossos Palace is just 17km away. Some of the paradise beaches of the island are close to the residence, such as the beach of Agia Pelagia & Bali beach. All transports can be arranged by the Villa manager upon request.
