Surrounded by two acres of manicured gardens, La Verdine provides a peaceful sense of space and seclusion. The ground-floor rooms open directly onto terraces and lawns shaded by mature trees, inviting you to savour the light and tranquillity of the countryside.

Inside, the mas features five en-suite bedrooms, each designed for privacy and comfort. Original stone walls and wooden beams are balanced by modern finishes and soft, natural tones. The spacious living room, centered around a welcoming fireplace, creates an inviting atmosphere for gatherings or quiet evenings. A cozy library offers a quiet retreat for reading or reflection.

The kitchen opens onto an adjoining annex known as the Orangery, where exposed beams and wrought-iron arched windows create a space full of warmth and character—perfect for use as a study, creative studio, or serene escape.

Outdoors, the landscaped grounds are designed for leisure and entertaining. Terraces framed by lavender and cypress trees offer multiple al fresco dining areas, complemented by a summer kitchen with a pizza oven, barbecue, and small refrigerator. An ornamental pond adds a touch of serenity, and soft lighting throughout the garden enhances the ambiance as evening falls.

La Verdine’s extensive amenities include a private tennis court and a well-equipped fitness room featuring Technogym equipment, weights, and Pilates accessories. A separate relaxation room with a plush Roset sofa invites post-workout rest, while the air-conditioned bar—complete with a terrace and antique comptoir—provides an elegant setting for an evening drink.
