Expansive reception rooms open onto sun-drenched terraces, including multiple lounges, a formal dining room illuminated by statement chandeliers, and a high-end gourmet kitchen ideal for entertaining. Leisure spaces include a home cinema, games room, nightclub with bar and billiards table, and several office or relaxation areas, all flowing seamlessly between indoor and outdoor living.

Outdoors, a heated infinity swimming pool overlooks the sea, complemented by sun loungers, shaded terraces, and alfresco dining areas with barbecue. Guests can enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a fitness room with spa, hammam, sauna, tennis court access, pétanque court, table tennis, trampoline, and a 4 km private fitness trail. Note: Toscana may be rented together with Allegria and Terra Nova, both located within the same prestigious estate, allowing accommodation for up to 34 guests, an exceptional option for large groups or exclusive events.
