Altavista Neighborhood
Vista Los Sueños is located on the right side of the main boulevard as you enter Los Sueños and affords incredible 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean as well as vistas of la Iguana golf course, the beautiful Marriott hotel and the rest of the resort. Altavista's view quality, architecture, finishes and landscaped gardens demonstrate the luxury standard that Los Sueños is admired for both in Costa Rica and abroad. The finishes are characteristic of the Los Sueños communities, with imported Italian ceramic tiles, 8-foot Costa Rican hardwood doors and cupboards, 10-foot ceilings, crown moldings throughout, dual paned windows and energy efficient air conditioning systems.

Whether you are in the mood for savory lasagna or old-world spaghetti, Lanterna’s cuisine will indulge your strongest cravings.
Bambu Sushi and Asian Cuisine Travel to Asia without ever leaving Los Sueños. With its contemporary bamboo-inspired interior and waterfront location, Bambú diners will feel as though they have suddenly arrived in the Far East. Sample delicacies from all over the Asian continent; these exotic and tasty dishes will leave you with flavors to remember.
The Terrace Lounge Situated upstairs from Lanterna is The Terrace Lounge, where you will feel the romance of the European-style ambiance and design. Overlooking the Village, patrons can relax and enjoy a nightcap – or two- while listening to the comforting sound of jazz or the tropical beat of local entertainers.

La Iguana Golf Course
Designed by Ted Robinson Jr., this 18-hole, par-72 course combines incredible scenery with challenging golf. It is not uncommon to see playful monkeys, three-toed sloths, brilliant-colored toucans and scarlet macaws along the fairways. In fact, La Iguana’s forecaddies have been specially trained to point out over 150 species of wildlife to players as they make their way through the unique rainforest course.

The Marina
The Los Sueños Marina is the only government sanctioned marina operating in Costa Rica. With 200 wet slips, 100 dry slips, fuel dock, and full-time staff the Los Sueños marina is the ultimate full service port for many luxury sport-fishing boats and luxury yachts. Our wet slips accommodate vessels from 30 to 180 feet in length, while the dry storage spaces accommodate vessels under 35 feet in length.
