We enjoyed our stay, however the key system at the house is extremely faulty. Upon entering the house the first time we were told to access the gate which leads to the front door. We could not access through the gate b/c the locking levers on the gate were left down. The gate key that opens to access the driveway broke in half and so we had to rely solely on the security guard to open and allow us inside. There is a pad lock on the gate which allows access to the beach, however there is another property next door which also accesses the gate so if they happened to lock it before we were back from the beach we would have been locked out. Even with all of that being said the property itself was lovely, rooms were spaced out nicely, and the home was well kept. We had attempted to shower the night we arrived but the water pressure was so bad we were not able to use the showers. Also there was not any hot water. While they did send an email to explain the A/C situation (the house was not air conditioned in the main living areas and kitchen) before we arrived, I would have liked to have been told this information when we booked the reservation. I'm not sure it would have made a difference in going forward with the booking, but I would have had a heads up to prepare my husband in advance. The ladies who took care of the cleaning and laundry were top notch. Concierge was so-so ... while responsive to most requests he missed making us a reservation for dinner one night, and when we had requested ATV reservations he never got back to us. Also the rental escapes APP was not working to access our itinerary while we were there ... we could not see our upcoming reservations for the trip on the APP.
