Casa Sunshine is a huge beachfront family vacation villa located on the eastern side of Dutch Sint Maarten in a lush, quiet residential area on the island known as Guana Bay.
This spacious villa offers ten bedrooms (nine with king beds and one with a queen), and ten and a half bathrooms. It has approximately 5 000 square feet of interior living space with an additional covered terrace and gazebo areas. It enjoys wonderful views of St Barths and the Atlantic Ocean and is adjacent to a beautiful non-commercial white sandy beach. Please note that Guana Bay Beach is part of a protected marine reserve where sea turtles may nest therefore machinery is not allowed on the beach to clean seaweed which may accumulate from time to time.
Casa Sunshine has not only one pool, but two, one pool for swimming, playing and exercising and the second pool for relaxing with your cocktail in the 'punch' pool. This pool is also wonderful for children.
The villa offers three floors, a massive living and dining area with a large American style, open floor plan kitchen with bar. Air conditioning in the living area, the sliding glass doors can be opened to allow the trade winds in to cool down the interior space. Located on the main level of the house you will also find four large bedrooms and four and a half baths. Three bedrooms with three baths are on the upper floor, and another three bedrooms and three baths on the lower level. All bedrooms are air conditioned and each has a cable TV.
Casa Sunshine is a perfect place for total privacy and relaxation. Bring a large family or a group of friends to enjoy the sunshine and the tropical breezes that Guana Bay has to offer! Please note that beach chairs are provided for use at the beachfront.
The villa does have a washer dryer operated by housekeeping three times per week. Upon request she may, if time allows, do small personal laundry but is not obligated to do this. Please understand that tips are appreciated for this additional work.
