OVERVIEW

Perched on the hillside of St. Jean overlooking the Eden Rock, the Villa Panama almost has the feel of being aboard a fancy motor yacht with its sleek public spaces and private bedroom suites. Raised hardwood walkways wind through stone-walled courtyards and wide teak and glass staircases connect the property’s sophisticated layout.

The main living room, which has a cathedral ceiling and large flat-screen TV, opens to a terrace with an outdoor living area facing the view. Located adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, breakfast nook, and rollaway kitchen block. A unique feature is the nearby billiard table, which converts into a large dining table that comfortably seats 10 guests. 

Passing through a well-appointed office, one reaches the master bedroom suite with king bed, his and hers showers, a pop-up flat-screen TV and magnificent ocean views. The other three bedrooms are located on the lower level and have queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. The fourth bedroom, which has an additional rain shower, is designed like a small apartment with a kitchenette and sitting area.  A cinema room on the lower level offers an ideal spot for indoor entertainment next to the full bar with colour-changing lights. A well-equipped fitness room completes the lower level, which opens to the deck and heated pool with jets.
