The property spans 11,000 square feet and can comfortably sleep up to twelve guests in its six bedrooms on two floors. Each bedroom is designed with a modern minimalist aesthetic and incorporates elements of wood, marble, and glass throughout. All rooms come complete with the highest quality linens, air conditioning, 44 inch smart TVs, and ensuite bathrooms. The marble flooring and panoramic ocean views in each room will make you feel like you are waking up in paradise every morning.

The property contains six full ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom, as well as a one-half bathroom, each of which is complete with stylish wood and marble decor and deluxe fixtures. All bathrooms feature luxurious rainfall showers as well as opulent marble countertops and tiling. The master bathroom is perfectly set up for relaxation. The double sinks are set on granite countertops which have ample space for all of your necessities and you can take a shower in the stunning shower room which features a frosted window to let in the natural light. Or, take some time to self-indulge and take a soak in the beautiful standalone stone tub.

While at Villa Nova, you will be able to make the most of the indoor and outdoor dining areas while enjoying the fresh foods of the island. The main indoor dining room is equipped with a fully-stocked bar, seats up to twelve, and features a serene neutral palette that allows nature to pour in from the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. Imagine yourself enjoying a cocktail at the poolside seating area looking over the stunning ocean views, enjoying your breakfast under the stylish veranda, barbecuing under the stylish veranda, or enjoying a snack while taking in the afternoon sun on the rooftop terrace. The kitchen is complete with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a restaurant-quality gas cooker, and sleek countertops.

The outdoor spaces are perfect for enjoying with friends and relaxing. Wake up to breakfast on the patio or enjoy a sunset cocktail from the terrace.
