The ample terrace of polished stone surrounds a gorgeous swimming pool and a jacuzzi, its surface meshing gracefully with the sublime panorama of evergreen and sky. The world-renowned Minitas Beach is within walking distance, less than 1/4 mile from the villa. The villa features one king bedroom with a bathrooms featuring two rain showers, walk-in closet and three rooms with two full-size beds each. All feature full bathrooms, TVs, and ceiling fans. Three bedrooms are on the second floor and only one with two full beds is on the ground floor.
