OVERVIEW

Black Garden Villa distinguishes itself with its eye-catching architectural style characterized by its sloped and angular roofing. Derived from the Urdu term for ark or canoe, the villa merges modern design with an Asian influence, providing a peaceful and private retreat along a dramatic volcanic coastline. Its outdoor areas and large windows offer sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Guests can enjoy a large infinity pool, a grotto-style hot tub, and an oceanfront bar. The outdoor living and dining areas are ideal for savoring the gentle trade winds and endless views of the crystal-clear Atlantic waters.

The spacious living room, with its two-story ceilings, is adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows that open completely to the exterior terrace. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas can accommodate twelve people. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island and overlooks the dining area. An office and a gym/recreation room open onto a private terrace.

The four suites are designed to ensure privacy, each with access to a private terrace with views of the Atlantic. Each suite is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, king-sized bed, sitting area, and en-suite bathroom. An additional room with two single beds is available upon request, allowing Black Garden Villa to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a soaking bathtub, indoor and outdoor shower options, and a double vanity. A walk-in closet, AC, television, and mini-fridge are provided. The bedroom also includes a seating area, a designated office space, and a terrace offering panoramic ocean views.

The second bedroom is located on the upper level and offers a king-sized bed. The en-suite bathroom boasts a soaking bathtub overlooking the ocean and a separate shower, along with a double vanity. Amenities include AC, a ceiling fan, a television, a seating area, and a mini-fridge. Guests can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic ocean views from the terrace.

The third bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A seating area, mini-fridge, television, and AC are included. The bedroom also offers a terrace with panoramic ocean views.

The fourth bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A seating area, mini-fridge, television, and AC are also provided. Guests can relax on the terrace while enjoying the panoramic ocean views.

The fifth bedroom features twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. AC and a ceiling fan are included.
